Info
Bike I ride: A 2009 Giant Reign, standard spec (Fox 32 float forks, dhx air rear shock - 6" of travel and the propedal feature, Avid Elixer brakes etc!) apart from the V8 pedals!
Favorite Trails: Orchard Portman, Triscombe, The Forest of Dean and Haldon.
About Me: I really got into mountain biking early this year on my XC Trek, but decided to change to downhill and bought myself an 06 Kona Stinky with 888's! However, after realizing I don't have the nuts to do half the jumps etc, I have just got a Giant Reign, 2009 model!

quotes Ah I thought as much! Just getting into singletrack now from downhill. If I get anything like this trail I'll have some awesome rides!

Ah, I see what you mean.that's actually where the trails were originally. We had to move them as that area is now set aside for conservation and grazing.

Yeah it's a bloody nightmare init...spring is on it's way though. I'll try and juggle some time, if not I should have the car back on the road at beginning of February so may be sort something then.
As you're under 16 you'll need to get written parental permission...am happy to meet with them if they have any concerns.

Sundays are difficult for me as I have my daughter round...no car is a pain in the ass. Could possibly do next Saturday morning or sometime in the week.

Yes. Everything has to go through TauntonFreeriders and the Forestry. We need to do alot of repairs to the existing trails to bring them up to standard for next insepection before anything new can go in. If you want to arrange to meet up and discuss/scout a new trail let me know. If we can get the funds and manpower to get the reapirs done over the spring it's possible a new trail could be open for summer. I'm planning to start getting up there again in February and am currently trying to raise funds for materials and insurance. Salute
